Simple yet functional, Most Reviewed Widget is a great tool for driving sales and increasing your conversion. The extension adds a widget on your storefront which displays a few product cards starting from the most reviewed product. In the product card, the customer can see the exact number of reviews left for the product and click on the one they might be interested in.
Once your customers enter your store, they are not always facing your products right away. To give them a nice impression from the start, you can welcome them with a selection of products, that are talked about a lot. Reviews can’t guarantee quality, but they mean both the product and the brand do not leave anyone cold and are worth the try.
One of the criteria for potential customers to choose your store among thousands of others is feedback. The more reviews you get, the more possibilities you have to attract new customers and gain trust amongst them. Items that already have some reviews draw more attention than not reviewed ones.
Reviews are an efficient marketing tool that your customers make work for you. Your only task is to encourage them to provide feedback and improve their customer experience with extra activities. There is an option to apply coupon generation to personally reward the customers for the reviews with a specific discount of your choice.
Start by adding your widget a special name in the ‘Widget Label’ field at Content > Widgets > your widget > Widget options. It can be a CTA or any brand-related name of your choice, whatever will catch the eye of a random customer. Attention: there is also a ‘Widget Title’ field in the Storefront Properties tab, that is displayed only in the widget grid in your Admin Panel on the backend.
Important notice: the Most Reviewed Widget extension starts working immediately after installation and doesn’t require to be enabled. You can proceed to create and configure widgets at Content > Widgets > Add a widget > select NEKLO Most Viewed widget. Before you create a widget, nothing will be displayed.
You can set how many of the overall number of reviewed items on your store will be displayed on your store. This feature can be useful if your product range is too big and you want to focus attention on only a few of them. More reviews trigger new orders, and new orders bring more new reviews. The settings are located at Content > Widgets > your widget > Widget options > ‘Product Count field.
Wherever your customers view some products, buy something or just browse anywhere in your store, there is always a chance that one of your suggestions will hit the right spot. Thanks to flexible Layout Updates settings in Storefront properties, you can fit your widget anywhere your design allows it: top, bottom, sidebar, any page or pages. If you want to have the same widget twice on different pages, you can add another Layout Update.

With Review Reminder extension you gently ask for a review and give out a special ‘thank you’ for any review. This way the customer doesn’t feel pressured to leave a feedback, and specifically a positive one; what is more, the feedback can be of any kind and size. You get a praise or some criticism, or suggestions for your improvement.
You are not limited to one specific layout. Select the sender, change the reminder and email template, and associate a discount size or a sales rule for the coupon if you provide one for submitting a review.
There are settings to assign the core points for the review reminder emails located at Stores > Settings >
Configuration > Neklo tab > Review Reminder > Email settings. You can manage the three templates for the
first, the recurring, and the thank you emails.
Besides choosing the sender, you have an option of receiving a copy of every reminder ever set in your store by entering an email address in ‘Send copy of email to’ field.
Have all reminders, already sent and not sent yet in front of your eyes in a compact Grid. There is a Grid where you can view and edit all existing reminders, located at Marketing > Review Reminder > Reminders. There you can get all information about the reminder, including its status, the email of the client, the number of times it was sent, its recurrence status, and the number of the order it is assigned to.
If there are customers that mind getting notifications from you, that is not an issue. Review Reminder allows
to add any user to the Black List, which prevents them from getting review reminders.
You can view the users blacklisted by the Review Reminder Extension at Marketing > Review Reminder > Black List. There you can see the reason for this user to be on the black list, their email address, and possible actions, like editing the records and deleting the ones you don’t need anymore. You can add new users for any reason of your choice, where you can indicate the details and leave notes for the future.
You can edit the status of every reminder if you need to pause its sending or make the process faster. Select edit in the action column and change the value in the drop-down list.
If the automated review reminders are not enough for your business, or there is an order that requires special attention, you can create the reminder manually, choose the order for it and indicate the status of the reminder. Later, it will be handled by the daily cron job, and the email wiil be sent alongside with the automated reminders.
To install Most Reviewed Widget extension for Magento 2, you need to have FTP/SSH access details.
